At Avvilo Studio LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to your business needs. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy once services have been rendered or delivered.


2. No Refunds on Delivered Services

All sales are final once:

- Work has commenced on your project

- A deliverable (e.g., video, design, copy, chatbot, automation) has been sent to you

- Subscription time has begun (e.g., access to tools, active workflows, or post planning)

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with style preferences or strategy decisions unless a technical or billing error occurred on our part.


3. Subscription Services

Subscriptions (e.g., content calendars, newsletters, chatbot maintenance) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

- We do not prorate or refund partially used periods

- You are responsible for managing your subscription before the next billing date


4. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once or in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@avvilo.com. Upon investigation, we may issue a full or partial refund if the overcharge is confirmed.


5. Missed Delivery or Non-Performance

If we fail to deliver a paid service entirely (without drafts, updates, or attempt), you may be eligible for a refund or a credit toward future services. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the original delivery deadline.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

- Termination of any ongoing or future services

- Potential involvement of a collections agency

- A formal dispute with documentation submitted to our payment processor

We encourage all clients to resolve billing concerns directly through our support channels.
