1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including any purchases, subscriptions, or deliverables made through Avvilo Studio LLC (“Avvilo Studio”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide a variety of digital services, including but not limited to:
- AI Video Content (Faceless Explainers, Promo Reels, Avatar Videos)
- SEO & Content Writing (Blog posts, Landing pages, Keyword research)
- Email Marketing (Sequences, Newsletters, Lead Magnets)
- Ad Creative Packages (Visuals, Copywriting, Video Ads)
- Social Media Services (Posts, Scheduling, Calendars)
- AI Chatbots (Lead Gen, Support Bots, GPT-based systems)
- Branding Kits (Logos, Color Palettes, Messaging Guides)
- AI Automation (CRM Setup, Lead Scoring, Website Integration)
All services are provided digitally, via email, cloud storage, or secure delivery platforms. No physical products are involved.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to relevant materials
- Participate in revision rounds and communication cycles as needed
- Review and approve drafts within timelines
- Respond to project-related communication within 5 business days
If unresponsive for more than 14 business days, we reserve the right to mark the project as complete and deliver final files as-is.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upfront at checkout or upon acceptance of a custom proposal or invoice.
- Subscriptions will be billed monthly, with automated renewals unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- If any payment is reversed, disputed, or declined, we may pause all services until resolved.
5. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Digital Services:
All sales are final once services begin or assets are delivered. This applies to:
- AI-generated content, Branding kits, Chatbots, Automations, Marketing assets, Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds unless a duplicate charge or technical error occurred on our side.
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the renewal date.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not prorate or refund unused time.
6. Revisions & Edits
Each service tier includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions are for minor changes, not full redesigns.
7. Use of AI Tools
We use AI tools to enhance production (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva). AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:
- May contain factual errors or unusual phrasing
- Client must verify accuracy
- We are not liable for issues resulting from AI-generated content
8. Ownership & Licensing
Ownership transfers upon full payment. You receive commercial use rights. We retain the right to display anonymous or public-facing work in our portfolio.
9. Third-Party Tools
We use tools like Zapier, Metricool, Google, Webflow, Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these tools.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the disputed service.
11. Termination
We may refuse service or terminate a project if terms are violated, or if unethical or illegal behavior occurs.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
